1. Drink up! Guzzle plenty of water before your session. Being hydrated keeps dry skin at bay, and helps your beautiful ass skin GLOW!!!!

What is the best way to determine how much water to drink? If you divide your weight by 2, you will get how many ounces of water you should drink a day in order to maintain proper hydration in your body. For example, weight 222 / 2 = 111, so drink 111 ounces of water.
Better yet, if you are able to drink a gallon per day, even better! If not, don’t worry, just drink half of your weight in ounces to begin with!
2. Wear comfortable yet sexy lingerie if you bring your own! That’s why you don’t want to bring anything that doesn’t make you feel like THAT BITCH! We have pre-shoot consultations where we discuss your lingerie selections and what you love about them! It’s not your lingerie if you don’t love how it makes you feel, bitch!
3. Make yourself feel good before your Boudoir Session with a manicure, pedicure, eyebrow threading, and facials! You are a goddess, so make yourself feel like one! Relax, destress, and get ready for your session by pampering yourself!
4. Get some rest, stretch, and go to bed early. You will want to arrive feeling energized! To prevent post-session soreness and to ensure a good night’s sleep before your session, stretch now and take a hot bath with lavender and eucalyptus!
